Service Technician

About the role

Revo Fitness is seeking a Service Technician to join its brand‑new Port Melbourne warehouse. You will be responsible for keeping gym equipment and vending machines operating safely and efficiently across our national network of clubs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, install and relocate gym equipment for new clubs, refurbishments, upgrades and existing locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing of gym equipment, vending machines and related systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment faults quickly to minimise club downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using company systems.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Warehouse & Service Manager, Operations teams and contractors.
• Provide technical support and guidance to club teams on basic equipment maintenance and safe operation.
• Support warehouse operations, including stock management, dispatch and general housekeeping.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment, preferably fitness equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Current Australian C‑Class Driver’s Licence.
• Willingness to undergo a traffic infringement check and pre‑employment medical.
