Service Leader - Glenelg

About the role

Camp Australia runs childcare services for children before school, after school and during holidays. As Service Leader at its Glenelg service, you will lead a team of educators who create a safe, welcoming place where children can relax, have fun and flourish. You will design and maintain an engaging, safe and compliant program.

Key responsibilities

• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community

Required profile

• Completed a childcare-related diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Child Protection training certificate (RRHAN MC) and Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:45 pm - 6:00 pm
• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills
