About the role

Join BFS Children's Services as a Service Director for the Exceeding NQS rated BFS Corrimal Early Learning centre. You will lead the delivery of high‑quality education and care, fostering joyful, safe, and inclusive experiences for children, families, and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality education and care to all children.
• Contribute to planning educational programs that support each child’s learning goals.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Required skills

• Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Cleared National Criminal Record Check.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
• Provision of at least two referees, one of whom must be a current or recent manager/supervisor.
