About the role
Join Specsavers as a Service Desk Analyst, providing frontline IT support to Supply Chain, Retail and Corporate teams. You will be the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for all IT incidents and service requests across multiple business lines.
- Maintain regular updates to customers on ticket progress and resolution status.
- Collaborate with fellow Service Desk Analysts to achieve high first‑call resolution rates.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Support Desk or Service Desk role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tickets quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent phone communication and customer‑service skills.
Required skills
- ServiceNow ticketing platform experience.
- ITIL certification (highly desirable).
