Service Desk Analyst

About the role

As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will ensure smooth operation of technology services, support colleagues, resolve problems and help shape a great tech experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support across Azure RBAC, Microsoft Intune, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Build, configure and deploy Surface, Dell and Mac laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Tri­age, prioritise and escalate tickets in the ITSM system while keeping accurate records.
• Support project work, operational tasks and assist new starters with device setup.

• Technical confidence combined with a warm, customer‑first attitude.
• Enjoy helping colleagues and anticipating problems.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Azure AD and RBAC.
• Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
• Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Troubleshooting Windows, macOS and mobile platforms.
• Building and configuring Surface, Dell and Mac laptops.
• Active Directory fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
