About the role

ANZ is looking for a Service Consultant to join its Blenheim branch on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service and handling a range of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer interactions while adhering to ANZ service standards.
  • Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, using tools such as NBC.
  • Manage cash handling duties, including cash deliveries, repatriation and teller cash coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with branch policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships and contribute effectively within the team.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus and relationship‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of compliance and basic sales awareness.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn banking systems.
