Service Assurance Enterprise Architect

About the role

Infosys Consulting seeks a highly experienced Service Assurance Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic direction, transformation and modernization of Service Assurance and OSS within a large‑scale telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and govern target‑state enterprise architecture across Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Network Inventory, CMDB, Observability and OSS ecosystems.
• Develop and execute OSS transformation roadmaps, lead large‑scale modernization programs and define migration strategies toward cloud‑native, API‑driven and event‑driven architectures.
• Architect end‑to‑end service assurance solutions that provide real‑time monitoring, fault detection, performance management and customer experience visibility.
• Lead architecture governance activities, conduct design reviews, technology assessments and ensure compliance with standards.
• Partner with CTO, Enterprise Architecture, Network Operations, Engineering and Product teams to align business, operational and technology objectives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, OSS, Service Assurance or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise‑scale OSS transformation programs for Tier‑1 service providers.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior executives.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in OSS, Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Network Inventory and CMDB.
• Experience with cloud‑native architectures, API‑driven integration and event‑driven design.
• Knowledge of observability frameworks (metrics, logs, traces) and AI‑driven operational models (AIOps).
