About the role

AEK Media is seeking an SEO Lead to design and execute data‑driven SEO programmes for a portfolio of ambitious brands. You will work in a meritocratic, fast‑growing agency that values transparency and real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across healthcare, legal, e‑commerce and B2B sectors.
• Conduct keyword research, plan content topics and assess site architecture to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with the award‑winning SEO team to design technical solutions that drive real business growth.
• Work closely with content writers and designers to produce SEO‑friendly copy and supporting visual assets.
• Lead deep‑dive strategy sessions, building templates, playbooks and quality‑assurance standards for the agency.
• Stay ahead of AI‑driven search trends and apply evidence‑based tactics to evolving search landscapes.

• Proven experience developing and managing SEO programmes for diverse industries.
