About the role
The Glennie School is seeking an experienced Senior Years Science and Maths Teacher to join its passionate faculty. You will deliver high‑quality curriculum to senior students, fostering a love of learning in a supportive Anglican environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess Science and Mathematics lessons for senior years.
- Maintain curriculum alignment with Queensland education standards.
- Support students’ academic and personal development through effective classroom management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Uphold the school’s Anglican ethos and comply with all state and legislative requirements.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Mathematics or Education.
- Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Demonstrated experience delivering secondary education content.
- Commitment to teaching excellence and student wellbeing.
- Right to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship available).
