Senior Windows Server Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Windows System Engineer to provide advanced administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Microsoft infrastructure environments. The role is remote‑focused, supporting customers across a range of industries with clear, practical technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Windows Server and workstation environments.
• Configure, monitor, and optimise Hyper‑V virtualisation platforms.
• Resolve complex Level 3 infrastructure escalations and improve system stability.
• Administer Active Directory domains and related identity services.
• Provide remote technical support and documentation for customers.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and workstations.
• Proven expertise in Hyper‑V, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
• Track record of handling Level 3 escalations independently.
• Experience in customer‑facing IT support, consulting, or managed‑services environments.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new Microsoft technologies.

• Microsoft Windows Server certifications (2016+), AZ‑800, AZ‑801, MCSA/MCSE (preferred)
