Senior TechnologyOne Consultant – Practice Lead (Melbourne)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Senior Consultant to lead our Melbourne practice. In this senior position you will bridge SaaS capabilities with business needs, overseeing solution design, presales, delivery and optimisation of key modules for a diverse client base in Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑level solution design and architecture of scalable TechnologyOne configurations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, shape go‑to‑market strategies and support proposal creation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation, data migrations and deployment of modules such as Enterprise Asset Management and Property & Rating.
• Mentor and upskill consulting and engineering teams to raise practice competency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, internal development squads and vendors, handling escalations and governance.

Required profile

• Deep domain expertise in sectors such as local government, financials or strategic asset management.
• Strong business analysis ability to translate operational processes into audit‑ready system workflows.
• Proven experience managing project lifecycles, SDLC and technical deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills for both commercial and technical stakeholder engagement.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering compelling experiences.
