Senior Talent Partner, APAC

About the role

Legora is seeking a Senior Talent Partner for the APAC region to lead end‑to‑end hiring for commercial and corporate teams. You will work directly with senior leaders, shaping recruitment strategy and ensuring a high‑velocity, high‑quality talent pipeline that fuels the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment across APAC for GTM and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to make high‑impact hiring decisions and influence team composition.
• Design and improve talent acquisition processes, programs, and tooling to support Legora’s scaling objectives.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data‑informed hiring processes that balance speed and quality.

Required profile

• Proven senior talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑growing technology or SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of APAC talent markets and ability to operate in a commercial, results‑driven environment.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing recruitment metrics.
