Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – AI‑Native / SaaS (Sydney)

About the role

TFG is launching managed‑service projects for fast‑growing AI‑native and SaaS companies. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work across multiple early‑stage clients, providing end‑to‑end recruitment support in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and hire talent for technical, go‑to‑market and executive roles across several client organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while juggling multiple client priorities and stages of growth.
• Partner directly with founders, CEOs and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights and talent‑mapping for AI‑native and product‑led growth companies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting for each client.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in PE‑backed, VC‑backed or high‑growth SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical, GTM and executive functions.
• Comfortable operating across several clients simultaneously, each at a different maturity level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging founders and senior leaders.
• Exposure to AI‑native or product‑led growth companies is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
