Senior Speech Pathologist

About the role

Early Start Australia, a provider of early intervention and allied health services with clinics across Australia, is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist for its Wembley, Western Australia team. You will deliver assessment and intervention services for children and their families while mentoring and supporting Speech Pathologists in the team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions
• Manage a diverse paediatric caseload
• Support and mentor junior clinicians
• Provide clinical guidance and contribute to service excellence
• Develop and monitor client-centred therapy plans and goals
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, educators and allied health professionals

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibility
• Demonstrated experience working with children and families
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior clinicians (desirable)
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
