Senior Software Engineer – PropTech (Hybrid, Melbourne/Sydney)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, product‑led PropTech building a next‑generation platform powered by agentic AI. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, develop and ship high‑impact features while shaping AI‑driven workflows that process millions of data points each month.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship end‑to‑end features across a modern proptech platform.
• Develop and scale agentic AI‑driven systems and event‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and make technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑tested code.

Required profile

• Strong experience with modern engineering stacks such as TypeScript, Node.js and React (or similar).
• Proven ability to build scalable systems using microservices and event‑driven architectures.
• Interest or exposure to AI, machine learning or data‑intensive systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and high learning agility.
• Comfortable thriving in a high‑performance environment with consistent standards.
