Senior Service Designer

About the role

Anglicare WA is seeking a Senior Service Designer for a full-time permanent position based in East Perth. The role leads and supports the design, delivery and evaluation of service design projects across the organisation, applying human-centred design approaches so that the voices of service users and communities stay central. Flexible working arrangements, including working from home, are supported.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, delivery and evaluation of service design projects across the organisation
• Facilitate co-design activities, conduct research and discovery work, analyse insights and prototype solutions
• Support implementation and contribute to service improvement, innovation and systems change
• Promote design thinking methodologies and build collaborative relationships
• Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading service design, human-centred design or innovation projects
• Tertiary qualification in Design, Human Services, Social Sciences, Innovation, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
• Current National Police Clearance and WA driver's licence; a police record is not an automatic barrier

What we offer

• $123,123 per annum plus 12% superannuation
