Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

AEK Media is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead optimisation strategies for a diverse portfolio of brands across healthcare, law, eCommerce and B2B. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO process, from research and planning to execution and performance analysis, while collaborating with an award‑winning team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, content topic planning and site‑architecture reviews.
• Work with the SEO team to devise technical solutions that drive organic growth and measurable business results.
• Plan and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and visibility in both Google and emerging AI search environments.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to produce high‑quality, SEO‑friendly articles, infographics and images.
• Learn and integrate paid‑marketing tactics to complement organic efforts and create a seamless customer journey.
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, interpret data and continuously optimise strategies across SEO and paid channels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level SEO roles, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver results on time.
• Curiosity and willingness to stay ahead of digital‑marketing trends.
