Senior Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

About the role

APM WorkCare, part of the APM Group, is looking for an experienced injury management professional to join its Sydney team. The role uses clinical expertise to help clients recover from physical or psychological injury and return to work and life, supporting them through a holistic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each client's injury history through initial needs assessments.
• Carry out a range of assessments and screening tools, including worksite assessments, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments and ADLs, to support short- and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Work with other health practitioners through case conferencing to meet rehabilitation and recovery needs.
• Facilitate a progressive return to work through tailored planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration with AHPRA.
• Ideally 12 months or more of experience in a similar position, or at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant profession.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
