Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Mable’s talent acquisition team in Sydney. In this role you will drive end‑to‑end recruitment, build a diverse talent pipeline and partner with hiring managers across the organisation to secure top‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers from team leads to executives to understand workforce needs and design tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and develop structured interview guides to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from interview coordination to offer delivery.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners to broaden candidate reach.
• Ensure data integrity in the Lever ATS and produce recruitment metrics and pipeline reports using Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or health‑tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
