About the role
We are seeking a Senior React Full Stack Engineer to join our Portal Development Team in Sydney. You will work on complex research, design, and development tasks for our cybersecurity risk‑management platform, delivering high‑quality, secure, and scalable software.
Key responsibilities
- Perform complex research, design and development within specific product lines.
- Provide input to project plans and schedules for cross‑functional software products.
- Design software across multiple systems and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external technology resources to solve business challenges.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong research, problem‑solving and independent work capabilities.
- Experience writing and reviewing detailed specifications for complex components.
- Ability to design complex data models and work with multiple data storage subsystems.
- Proficiency in object‑oriented design, design patterns and test‑driven development.
Required skills
- React, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, Java.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Test‑driven development practices.
- Optional: Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices architecture, Azure cloud tools.
