Senior Project Manager – Perth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale, complex engineering projects for DRA Global in Perth. The role involves overseeing projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex engineering and project execution initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Administer contracts, variations, extensions of time, claims and commercial obligations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes and project controls.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline; Project Management certification (PMI, AIPM, PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
• Membership of Engineers Australia and registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) preferred.
