Senior Project Manager – Large-Scale Construction

About the role

Parkview Constructions, a multi-award-winning builder established in 1997 with 180+ people and a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across Sydney, is looking for an experienced Project Manager. You will take ownership of complex, large-scale construction projects from planning through to completion, leading high-performing teams and acting as the main contact for clients and consultants. The goal is to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards, with a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
• Oversee procurement, contracts and construction schedules
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams so they stay aligned with project goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems and address issues proactively
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are implemented
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and grow professionally

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role
• Proven track record delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
• Deep knowledge of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
