Senior Project Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil and operating technology infrastructure projects for its Container Terminal and Container Park operations in Melbourne. You will combine hands‑on delivery experience with strong stakeholder management to drive real outcomes across complex, multi‑site initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, document and manage all project documentation, ensuring alignment with DP World’s business model.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules that capture inter‑dependencies across sites, work streams and contractors.
• Run regular stakeholder meetings, track progress, resolve issues and balance competing priorities.
• Identify and flag risks early, own risk‑management processes and ensure timely reporting and sign‑offs.
• Collaborate with developers, technology teams and operating‑technology contractors to deliver software and hardware solutions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of project management experience in construction and technology infrastructure, preferably within ports or logistics.
• Tertiary qualification in business, civil engineering, construction or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to gather and shape both business and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in product management and software development lifecycle concepts.
