Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of new product initiatives, packaging changes, marketing campaigns and operational improvements for a fast‑growing beverage brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project scopes, timelines and budgets for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Coordinate teams across marketing, operations, supply chain and leadership.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and logistics to ensure timely production and distribution.
• Track progress against milestones, identify risks and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Report on project performance and contribute to process optimisation.
• Mentor team members in project management best practices.

Required profile

• Strong project management and expediting experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Background in logistics, operations and supply‑chain coordination.
• Experience with quality inspection and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in FMCG, beverage or manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
