Senior Project Manager

About the role

Climatech, a leading mechanical services contractor in Australia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of complex projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Provide regular reporting, status updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, governance frameworks and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior project management or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale, complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
