Senior Project Manager – HR Data & Workforce Transformation

About the role

This 12‑month contract role is for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex workforce planning, HR analytics and enterprise reporting initiatives within a large education organisation. The position offers hybrid working with 2‑3 days per week in the Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple HR transformation streams, including staff analytics, workforce planning, reporting and budgeting.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, IT and operational business units.
• Oversee project governance, steering committees, working groups and executive reporting.
• Coordinate dependencies across workstreams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive operational readiness, change management, training and transition to BAU support.
• Manage project risks, issues, vendor dependencies and data integration challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise transformation projects in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of HR data analytics, workforce planning and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational transition and change delivery.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract with daily rate $1,000‑$1,100 AUD.
