Senior Project Engineer

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead planning and delivery of infrastructure packages across metro and regional projects in Victoria. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring technical, commercial and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead package delivery and achieve program milestones.
• Manage engineering, quality and design interfaces.
• Drive cost control and support commercial decisions.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Conduct risk reviews and apply mitigation actions.
• Build strong stakeholder and client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Rail, road or water delivery experience is ideal.
