Senior Product Engineer – Full‑Stack Lead

About the role

Fiskil is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to lead end‑to‑end product features on our Open Data platform. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to production, working across frontend, backend and infrastructure while ensuring security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of full‑stack product features, from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and customers to gather requirements and shape solutions.
• Drive technical architecture discussions and guide team decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, performance and security.
• Identify customer pain points and turn them into scalable product improvements.
• Maintain a secure, compliant platform by enhancing controls, monitoring threats and strengthening engineering practices.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, documentation and internal workflows.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs and security.
• Proven ability to lead projects, clarify requirements and deliver high‑quality features.
• Strong product thinking with a focus on customer experience.
• Commitment to security, compliance, availability and resilience.
• Experience iterating quickly while maintaining quality.
