Senior Private Wealth Adviser

About the role

As a Senior Private Wealth Adviser at ANZ, you will work with high‑net‑worth clients in Brisbane, providing strategic financial advice and managing relationships to grow the Private Banking & Advice business.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and grow the business through portfolio management, client relationships and use of technology and data.
• Deliver tailored strategic financial advice to high‑net‑worth customers and manage referrals effectively.
• Coach and collaborate with internal referral partners and the wider Private Banking & Advice team.
• Contribute to risk and process management within the PB&A business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals or entities with a strong understanding of markets and investments.
• Completion of all FASEA education standards and a record of excellent advice audit results.
• High ethical standards, resilience, growth mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong communication and influencing capability.
• Ability to build productive relationships with clients, referral partners and team members.
