Senior Principal – Business Consulting (Perth)

About the role

The Smart Mining Transformation Leader will shape, plan and drive Infosys Engineering Services’ highest‑priority initiatives for mining clients. You will redesign core business processes, manage significant change, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with client decision‑makers to define charters, business cases, road‑maps and KPIs, and oversee solution design and delivery.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary work streams such as Mining Solutions development, Data Strategy, Organization & Change Management, and Value Realization.
• Collaborate with globally distributed development teams to mitigate risks, ensure seamless project oversight and maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 15 years of IT experience, including extensive work in Smart Mining transformation.
• Proven track record leading mining transformation programs that leverage IoT, Automation/Robotics, AI, analytics, predictive modelling and digital twins.
• Strong ability to shape business cases, work across Operations, Maintenance, Technology and Commercial functions, and manage senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
