Senior Plasterer - High-End Residential

About the role

A highly respected, people-focused trades business specialising in high-end residential work is hiring a Senior Plasterer in Sydney. The client is a plastering and decorative finishes specialist working mainly on the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, and the position is employed by the business, not a subcontracting or labour-hire role. The salary is stated as $80,000 to $160,000 per year plus super, negotiable based on experience and capability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver senior-level plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads, square set and detailed high-end residential finishes
• Manage your own projects and liaise directly with clients
• Complete square set finishes and detailed high-end residential work
• Carry out wet-area linings and fire-rated work where required
• Install cornices, mouldings and feature walls

Required profile

• Extensive hands-on experience in plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads and square set
• Strong background in high-end residential work and pride in finish quality
• Ability to work independently while remaining reliable and professional within an established team
• Trade qualification in plastering and a current White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
