Senior People & Culture Partner – Technology

About the role

As a Senior People & Culture Partner for Technology, you will shape the people agenda for a global technology function, partnering with the CTO and senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and deliver the people partnering agenda aligned with business priorities and the broader People & Culture strategy.
• Lead core people cycles across talent, succession, performance, reward and engagement for roughly 3,500 global employees.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives to support growth, transformation and operational resilience.
• Partner with senior technology leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and build leadership capability.

Required profile

• Significant business partnering and people‑leadership experience in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, translating people priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Experience in technology, financial services or similarly complex sectors.
• Depth across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership development, performance, reward and employee relations.
• Proven track record leading change, transformation, culture and engagement initiatives.
• Sound judgement, resilience, curiosity and a collaborative leadership style.
