Senior Partnerships Manager

About the role

TAL, a life insurer backed by Daiichi Life, is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager in Sydney. As a key relationship lead, the role brings TAL and its partner together to create a trusted, connected experience that supports members and their families. You will help shape a long-term, sustainable partnership that turns shared commitments into positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape joint partnership strategies that drive sustainable growth and shared long-term value.
• Deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen member engagement, insurance propositions and digital experiences.
• Build trusted partner relationships that align priorities and advance shared goals.
• Negotiate commercial outcomes that balance partner objectives, member value and TAL's performance.
• Champion service excellence by ensuring commitments, business plans and service standards are met.
• Influence stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver change and achieve positive partnership outcomes.

Required profile

• At least five years' experience in the superannuation sector; sound knowledge of group life insurance is highly regarded.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
• Ability to analyse complex information and develop practical solutions.
• Clear communication and presentation skills to a range of audiences, with a customer-focused approach.
