Senior Occupational Therapist (NDIS)

About the role

A fast-growing NDIS provider, part of Ability Action Australia, is looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Parramatta or surrounding area. The role suits someone who wants to manage a complex caseload of NDIS participants and their families while mentoring junior clinicians and students. Full-time or part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including external stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior clinicians and students
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 4 years of clinical experience, including work with NDIS participants
• Experience supervising other clinicians and students
