Senior NFR Delivery Manager

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior NFR Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and governance of the Retail Remediation Program required under the APRA Court Enforceable Undertaking. The role will coordinate activities across multiple risk and compliance teams, ensuring that milestones are met and evidence is collected for regulatory assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery and coordination of remediation packages into the business.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change to ensure on‑time, quality delivery.
• Create and own the engagement model for business consumption of packages.
• Act as the liaison between business leads, design owners and the central program team.
• Represent Retail in Group Program meetings and remove roadblocks.
• Communicate program outputs and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to AR PACT SteerCo reporting and adhere to the Project Management Framework.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large, complex programs.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in a regulated financial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with risk, compliance and assurance processes.
