Senior National Account Manager – Beauty

About the role

Join DBG Health as a Senior National Account Manager, leading the commercial strategy and execution for the key national account Chemist Warehouse. You will drive revenue growth, optimise profitability and build long‑term partnerships through strategic planning, negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities across product categories and customer segments.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), promotional strategies and sales forecasting to meet revenue and volume targets.
• Manage the primary relationship with Chemist Warehouse, acting as the trusted point of contact.
• Negotiate pricing, trade terms and investment to maximise profitability.
• Own the account‑level P&L, monitoring trade spend, ROI and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager in beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Previous experience managing the Chemist Warehouse account is preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and trade spend.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills with major retail customers.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
