Senior Mobile Software Engineer – React Native

About the role

Lendi Group is looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to shape the next generation of its React Native and Expo mobile applications. You will work at the intersection of product, design and engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑performance experiences for customers and brokers navigating the property‑buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of React Native + Expo apps for key customer and broker journeys.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code, both directly and with AI‑assisted tools (Claude Code).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to define specifications and deliver features.
• Ensure security, quality and performance standards in a regulated financial domain.
• Participate in AI‑driven development workflows, reviewing agent‑generated code and improving specifications.

Required profile

• Senior‑level mobile engineer with a strong track record of shipping React Native applications.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily development.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sydney or Brisbane two days per week (hybrid model).
• Learning mindset and ability to adapt to fast‑moving fintech environment.
