Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)

About the role

AMP is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to shape and deliver the mobile experience for AMP Super across both iOS and Android. You will build secure, high‑performing native applications that simplify customers' interaction with their superannuation and investments while modernising the broader digital journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate and support native iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, architects and backend teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive AI‑enabled development practices and contribute to architecture and engineering standards.
• Integrate with APIs, workflow platforms and identity services.
• Improve observability, performance, release confidence and overall reliability of mobile services.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience building native mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
• Deep expertise in Swift and Kotlin with a solid grasp of mobile architecture and performance optimisation.
• Comfortable working in large‑scale, enterprise environments and agile, iterative delivery settings.
• Ability to work across both platforms rather than a single‑platform silo.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a customer‑first mindset.
