Senior Manager – Technology & Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager (Tech and Ops) will lead performance‑management activities across ANZ's Technology and Operations cost portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Group Costs, you will provide commercial insights, financial transparency and analysis that support strategic decision‑making for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, data‑driven financial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, outlook and target‑setting processes.
• Analyse business performance, identify key drivers and emerging trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Technology and Operations leaders to improve financial performance and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop executive‑level reporting, commentary and business‑intelligence dashboards.
• Support investment, funding and operating‑cost decisions through robust financial analysis.
• Drive consistency, governance and control across performance‑management processes.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, Technology and Operations leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture on workforce planning, FTE forecasting and reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong financial analysis capability with a track record of delivering meaningful business insights.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence strategic outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
