Senior Manager - S&OP Transformation & Optimisation

About the role

The Senior Manager – S&OP Transformation leads people, process and system projects to improve cost, service, productivity and forecast accuracy across the ANZ zone. The role partners with technical and functional leads to build a best‑in‑class S&OP and logistics organisation aligned with the company’s ambition to be the preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own development and implementation of the S&OP strategy, delivering $21M savings over five years.
• Engage business units to deploy the strategy, monitor performance and own change‑management adoption.
• Maintain the S&OP KPI dashboard, analyse results and report logistics performance.
• Lead S&OP CAPEX projects across ANZ, handling design, planning, implementation and change management within budget and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers to optimise cost and best practice.
• Standardise sustainable processes and tools, streamline operations and facilitate knowledge exchange between zones.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of supply chain management, S&OP logistics processes and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in project management and leading large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with expertise in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of sustainability principles and ability to embed them in logistics solutions.
