Senior Manager, Go-to-Market

About the role

The Senior Manager, Go‑to‑Market will act as the commercial deputy to the Country Manager, leading PayPal Australia’s commercial plan and translating business‑unit strategy into revenue‑driving initiatives. You will develop market plans, set targets, and oversee execution of merchant opportunities, product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define the portfolio strategy for the Australian market, supporting local product priorities and analysing performance.
• Coordinate execution of local and global cross‑functional initiatives, managing escalations to remove obstacles.
• Research new opportunities, negotiate partnerships and engage with existing partners to improve operational efficiency.
• Set strategic direction and roadmap for product and technology, managing stakeholder relationships and delivery of key platform infrastructure.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6–9+ years in commercial, go‑to‑market, revenue strategy or sales leadership, with strong financial acumen and cross‑functional influence.
