Senior Logistics Fleet Manager – Defence Programs

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Logistics Fleet Management professional to join its Defence logistics team in Australia. You will provide specialist logistics support, fleet management expertise and leadership across complex Defence programmes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across Defence programmes.
• Analyse logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance.
• Coordinate monthly reporting in line with customer timeframes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support governance, assurance and workforce management activities, including compliance and reporting.
• Mentor, coach and guide team members while monitoring inventory and distribution to meet delivery objectives.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Materiel Logistics or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Integrated Logistics Support, logistics engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years supporting Defence or a comparable technical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and lead personnel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Defence logistics management systems such as MILIS, LNIDs, NAVALLOW, APLCRATES and AMPS.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
