Senior Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer

About the role

Our client, a leading independent Australian law firm, is expanding its Sydney Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The firm seeks a senior lawyer to join a market‑leading practice handling a full spectrum of commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate commercial disputes across contractual, shareholder, directors’ duties and regulatory matters.
• Conduct investigations and represent clients before ASIC, ACCC and other regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate closely with three senior litigators and other partners within the practice.
• Provide strategic advice on misleading and deceptive conduct and white‑collar crime matters.

Required profile

• At least three years of post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a broad range of litigious matters, including corporate and regulatory cases.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ambition to develop a professional profile within a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of ASIC and ACCC regulatory frameworks.
