Senior Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level lawyer to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. You will work alongside three leading litigators on a broad range of commercial disputes, gaining exposure to senior partners across the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on contractual disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct matters, shareholder disputes and directors' duties issues.
• Conduct regulatory investigations with ASIC and ACCC, and support matters before Royal Commissions and white‑collar crime inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with senior litigators and partners to develop case strategy and deliver outcomes for clients.
• Maintain high standards of legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with more than three years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated experience across corporate and regulatory litigation matters.
• Strong attention to detail and well‑developed analytical abilities.
• Ambition to build a professional profile within a leading Australian law firm.
