Senior Lead - Process & Optimisation

About the role

The Senior Lead – Process & Optimisation will drive end‑to‑end change enablement for Organisation Design & Implementation (OD&I) initiatives at ANZ. Working closely with the OD&I Process & Optimisation team, senior managers and service owners, you will ensure new processes and services are adopted smoothly and sustainably across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change enablement for OD&I process and service improvements, covering impact assessment, engagement, readiness, communications, training, rollout and sustainment.
• Prioritise and sequence the OD&I change backlog in partnership with senior managers, balancing value, capacity, risk and practitioner impact.
• Contribute practical insights to the design of process and service changes, improving end‑to‑end service delivery and practitioner experience.
• Develop and execute adoption tracking, feedback loops and documentation to embed improvements safely and consistently.
• Facilitate capability uplift and ongoing practitioner engagement to sustain operational discipline.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change enablement or process optimisation initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leaders, service owners and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with a focus on driving adoption and building capability.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, manage risk and deliver measurable outcomes.
