Senior HR Implementation Consultant – APAC

About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior HR Implementation Consultant to lead complex HRIS implementation and data migration projects for clients across the APAC region. You will own the end‑to‑end rollout, ensuring accurate data transfer, system configuration, and a seamless transition for new and transitioning customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute full‑cycle HRIS implementation projects for APAC clients.
• Coordinate data migration, system setup, and configuration to meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting during and after go‑live.
• Mentor junior Implementation Managers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with internal product, support, and sales teams as well as external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HRIS implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to guide clients through technical processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
