About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager for its Docklands office in Melbourne. This permanent, full‑time position focuses on growing the home and investment loan portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional loan experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and investment borrowers in the local market.
• Coach customers through the home loan journey, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality experience.
• Self‑source new business opportunities, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive leads and improve loan turnaround times.
• Meet growth targets for the Australian home and investment lending market.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in residential lending and retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of the local mortgage market.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline of loan applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
