Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency, the Senior Graphic Designer will create compelling visual assets for game marketing and user acquisition across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Creative Agency Lead, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, User Acquisition, Legal and internal teams to deliver high‑impact artwork that supports campaign objectives and strengthens each game’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets from concept to final delivery for key art, app‑store visuals, social media, ads, branding and events.
• Apply strong composition, typography, colour theory, illustration, retouching and visual effects to produce impactful designs.
• Maintain organized source files, templates and final assets for efficient updates and reuse.
• Ensure all work complies with brand, IP and licensing guidelines across platforms.
• Stay current with gaming, design, digital marketing, AI‑assisted workflows and emerging creative tools.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work (mandatory with application).
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, preferably in video games, entertainment or digital marketing.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full creative process independently and handle ambiguous briefs.
• Strong artistic sensibility, keen eye for detail and passion for continuous innovation.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• After Effects for motion design.
• 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted creative tools and image‑generation workflows.
