Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will sit within the marketing team creating assets across digital, social, eCommerce, retail, packaging and campaign channels. You will translate brand strategy into tangible artwork that appears on shelves, feeds and in‑store displays, reporting to the Head of Marketing and taking concepts from brief to production‑ready files.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital, social, email, website, retail, events and campaigns.
• Prepare final artwork files ready for print and production.
• Adapt creative assets to retailer and wholesale partner specifications while preserving brand integrity.
• Contribute to packaging design and new product development concepts.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to launch campaigns and product launches from brief to final artwork.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic/digital design within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands, with hands‑on creation of brand assets, campaigns, packaging and digital execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable using Figma; strong understanding of production‑ready artwork for print and a solid eye for packaging and NPD work.
• Organised, maintains quality under pressure, takes direction and contributes ideas, collaborates well and seeks growth within a forward‑moving brand.
