Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Mojo Dojo is an innovative digital media agency focused on improving the search presence of its clients. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and artistically‑minded Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. Every day will bring new challenges as you work with a diverse range of established clients and deliver creative work that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design beautiful, user‑friendly websites (UX/UI), landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
• Conceptualise and execute high‑performing social media graphics, EDMs (email newsletters), and digital ad campaigns.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with brand and campaign guidelines, meeting client standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external decision‑makers, managing and trafficing projects throughout the design process.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to maintain the highest quality output and push creative boundaries.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of professional digital design experience with a strong online portfolio showcasing UX/UI, social media assets, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of Figma (primary tool for web and UI workflows).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Xd.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, responsive web design, and digital‑first asset optimisation.
• Experience designing high‑converting EDMs and digital ad creatives.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Animation/Motion Graphics knowledge (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut) is a plus.
